This could be tricky...
On one hand I would like to accommodate everybodys Native language or mother tongue.
Because in that way you will understand better and progress quicker.
On the other hand I expect people from very different countries. So we have to choose a global language. Since we are in Toulouse, naturally it would ideally be French.
Also since we are learning IT, English would be second choice. English also works because not everybody mastered French yet.
And of course I would suggest using Spanish ocasionally because Spain is geographically near Toulouse. Also Spanish is the second language globally as far as number of native speakers after Chinese.
It is also well understood by Lusophone people from Portugal and Brazil.
It would be also interesting later to get exposed to Portuguese/Italian, German/Arabic and Chinese/Japanese/Vietnamese.
